This is my contributionto an Android application which is useful for HIIT. HIIT stands for "High Intensity Interval Training".To know more about it you can check their Github page link located at the top of this post.I visited their github page and created an issue regarding the icon-logo proposal.

this is a new projects and the owner of the projets wanting help for any developments of this projects.i asked the owner about his requirements to make a logo for this projects and he told about stopwatch.so i made this logo for his projects and owner also satisfied with this work.

i used adobe illustrator cc 2018 for making the logo and used adobe photoshop to make presentation.

In the Github Integration Policy

There are guidelines for all the contributions that must be considered, and this area is one of them.
Now checking the repo of this project, the license seems fine but the readme:

As you can see, it is so informal, it does not include information of usage or installation.

Utopian is looking to help formal projects, and an informal readme doesn't help :(
