Digital painting girl

Hello everyone, i am very excited to share my new digital portrait painting with you all. I believe this is one of my better works. The skin color turned out pretty nice for this one. Most of the time i lean towards redish pink or yellowish white area but this one is looking more natural.
Someone told me i should tone down the brightness of the eyes, i agree because in real life you never see eyes glowing like that. They are suppose to be very subtle. But its painting and if i make it less bright color the entire eye area looks very dark. But that is something i should definitely try in the future.
