My Growth Over The Years

Over the years, I have really developed physically, intellectually, and experientially. I've almost doubled in weight, in fact. The ironic thing about growth is that, while we rarely give every aspect of it our full attention, we can always look back and see where things went wrong and how they may have been handled better.

Although I didn't actually plan out every stage of my growth, I was eager to have an impact on the various phases as I saw how far I've grown and develop with time.

My Growth Academically

As a student, I discovered that education in Nigeria seemed very unconventional, especially given the way the federal government has been managing the educational sector. The academic staff has been on strike for several months, and despite numerous discussions with the federal government, no agreement has been reached regarding when the strike will end. Since my course of study was quite basic to me as a result, I came to the conclusion that it might not be in my best interest to put as much time and effort into my studies as other students did, and I added a little change to it. I started working (graphic designer for a company) while going to school part-time, and this will have a significant impact on the next stage of my development.

My Growth Financially

Money may not always go as planned, but I have been profoundly imprinted since I was 15 years old with the idea of being a man and being able to fend for myself. When I was at school, I only increased this. I therefore enjoyed a degree of financial advantage that most people my age and social class could not claim. Even though I live with my parents even though I am not very wealthy, at least my parents do not always perceive me as a guy because of my financial situation. I have strong financial standing and the capacity to make wise choices.

My Growth Intellectually

I have always taken the learning opportunities offered to me seriously. While going to the movies is certainly not a bad idea and is highly encouraged, I find that I am less engaged in most films once I can analyze them or predict the outcome.
I have developed intellectually and can say that I have a good deal of experience. This is primarily due to a variety of factors, such as my spirituality, education, and self-learning.

The majority of these milestones in terms of personal growth and development did not occur by accident; rather, they required the effort I have already mentioned in some detail.

Steps I Take to Grow

If you want your growth to go in the direction you want it to, most aspects of it require conscious effort. I've done the following things to assist myself:

• I took academics seriously even though I wasn't a full time student. Some people may believe that school is a scam, but that doesn't mean we should completely discount the value of the experiences, knowledge, and skills that education provides.

• To learn more outside of school, I interacted with e-learning portals. I took an online course that has helped my growth and I continue to take it.

• I put in a lot of work. I am aware that working smart is a thing, but for the majority of people, working hard is necessary before being able to work smart. Aside from my academy, I work as a blogger (Steemit) and also take courses in graphic editing and trading (both crypto and forex)

• I had a small circle of friends. only a few. Friends that I can contact anytime I need assistance and with whom I share a same goal are the folks I refer to when I say that we are friends. You automatically gravitate toward people who are similar to you and to my kind of person, even though it wasn't really essential to. We're few in number, but we're in great numbers.

My growth has been pleasing thus far, but there is still much room for improvement. Like everyone else, I've evolved in other ways as well, and I continue to develop.
