Grains At its Peak || Choose Your Food Grains And Enjoy Life With Zero Malnutrition

Hello Everyone 💕 💞,

As part of the biggest farming produce here in Ilorin town, there are some of the grains family which met few days ago in the Market square where everyone was so busy walking, working hard to earn their daily bread but for me, I went to purchase some few foodstuffs for the family and little for my animals which are my investment for now among others.

Grains in Agricultural product has been a major foodstuffs which so many Nigerians consume daily , if not millet, it will be otherwise maize or corn, or the soya beans, or the guniea corn and so on. I have alot of grains here to show for my market tour guide around the IPATA main Market.

Consuming grains food is very essential to the body system in so many ways through the absorption of energy working Nutrients in the body. I love the consumption of maize in different ways like the pap, the roasted corn and also using of the corn mix with beans cooked together.
