The Story of the Three Marias
I am blessed with a great mom and two loving sisters. We are called the three Marias because our names all begin with the name Maria. Being the youngest, I was the favorite. My growing years was quite empty without my dad but my sisters showered me with love. They have always been very supportive to me. Though I made a lot of mistakes in the past, they were always there to help me. During our growing up years, I remember my mom telling me that I was always the tough one. There was a time when my sister was being bullied, I was the one who stood in front of those who bullied her. I look like a boy when I was a kid!! So they thought I am. We also had petty fights. There was one time when I had a petty fight with my middle sister and I hid the pair of her slippers!!! I was laughing so hard that time and she was so angry at me.
This picture was taken in Baguio City where we spent New Year's Eve. A candid shot of the four of us with my eldest sister's daughter PJ in the pink jacket, my eldest sister on the right side,my mom in the middle right, I am in the middle wearing a pink shirt and beside me is my middle sister in red blouse carrying her son.

We all have different personalities. My eldest sister is the most silent among us and a very responsible one. She is the one who always listens to our mom. My middle sister is what I call my conspirator. Because there are times when we go out and we tell each other not to tell our mom where we went. Well, what are sisters for, right? lol!!! And I as the youngest is the brat, well not too much though. : )
When all of us got married, we still get in touch and sometimes, when someone in the family is having a birthday, we all go out for lunch or dinner. We are not perfect, sometimes there are conflicts but the bond between the three of us will always be there. I am grateful for my sisters because they have always been on my side to help me, to encourage me, to advice me and most of all, to love me unconditionally.

At present my eldest sister is married to a pastor and my middle sister is also married to a wonderful and responsible man and currently an OFW. And I am also married to my best friend, a very responsible and reliable man whom I love so much and is now my husband. We are all forever grateful to God for giving us husbands who serve the Lord. God bless everyone!!!
