MinnowBooster upvote below 55% Voting power is a losing investment
So I finally saved up $3 and did a vote just now and calculated I am getting back about $2.97 and it will be split between 50% Steem power and 50% SBD. I probably would have gotten more if I just straight out bought Steem with the $3. Anyways good lesson to learn. It seems the whales are only profitable at certain up vote power %. So always review before bidding for upvote from whale. I have been encountering this multiple times but am understanding better how this all works. I still think buying into whales for upvotes is a must for minnows to thrive and grow. Go steem!
