Am turning to farming || My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2020
Farming is my next option after lockdown of economic activities in my country.
The condition of my country is getting to our nerves, the chance of survival will be a miracle, especially on the poor masses. Nigeria is not poor as a country but the wealth is being hijacked by some awful politicians. Economic mismanagement is our problem.
Now that covid-19 has added sore to injury, what do you think will be the fate of the poor?
This is the third week of sit at home order, and hunger has already on our neck!
Looking at my Actifit report, you’d noticed that I got above 10k count, that’s as a result of my engagement at the farm land.
I used money from my power down on Steem and Hive blockchain to pay for some potions of lands, we have plan of cultivating variety of crops that can serve as food for the family and for our poor neighbors.
I paid for two plots of land, adding to the one I bought earlier, I’ll cultivate tubes of yams 🍠, vegetables, corn 🌾, cassava etc, and hoping to start feeding from the farm soon, starting from vegetables that doesn’t take long to mature.
I went to a nearby farmers market today for the farm crops and some farming tools.
To me, it’s rather wise to toll another route that may help in this deadly condition.
Working at the farm is a great way to maintain social distancing and also capable of putting food on the table for the family.

Please stay safe, you can find something doing that also promotes social distancing and as well beneficial to yourself and to the next person.
Glad that I’ve become an employer that can employ few poor farmers at my farm land and from there, they can earn some money for their living especially at this testing and perilous time.
