Starred messages view not working on zulip android application

Expected behavior

After clicking on starred messages in chat menu options, there should be a display of all messages that has been starred in the application.

Actual behavior

After clicking on starred messages, it displays Sorry no messages here.

How to reproduce

Open Zulip android application

Click on any chat

Click and hold a chat message

Select Star message

Go to chat menu options

Select Starred messages

  • Device: Tecno W4
  • Operating system: Android OS 6.0
