Insect Photography

This tiny insect perched on one of my fingers some time last month when I was observing workers in the construction site.

It's not a harmful insect so I wasn't scared and I didn't bother to remove it. Also it wasn't stinky or smelly. It seems it got tired as it's wings look half opened. I wasn't sure what has gone over it.

Do you have any idea what this insect is called? This is actually my first time of seeing it.
