My entry yesterday was Ebiten Soba - a delicious Japanese noodles of Nadai Fujisoba. Today, I will be featuring Pancit Palabok of Susie's Cuisine.
As I was researching this morning about this dish, I learned that there are actually a long list of different types of Pancit dishes here in the Philippines. I have only tried a few of them, and some pancit names seem unfamiliar to me.
Filipinos love pancit. In fact, its one of the dishes that is always present in every occasion here in the Philippines, particularly during birthdays, as it was believed to signify long life.
I'm a Pancit Bihon lover especially if its still hot and paired with Calamansi - ugh heaven!
Susie's Cuisine's Pancit Palabok is a must try. Me and my friends who tried it gave it a thumbs up. So if you happen to visit Pampanga don't forget to include it in your list.
How about you? What's your favorite type of pancit dish?
