Largest SD Card Of 512GB has Been produced:
This largest Micro SD of 512GB (half a terabyte) is well compiled in a tiny chip Before now 400GB SDcard by SanDisk was the largest but it has been over thrown by this one. It was reported that the memory card would run a processing speed of 80MB/s. Although the 512GB is a bit slow while the 400GB SDcard runs up to 100MB/s. It was designed to capture full HD video off cameras because it meets the V10 standard for video transfer rates and is classified as SDXC UHS-I U1 card that is, it has minimum write speed of 10MB/s.
This SD card hasn't been lunched but will be available in the open market between February ending and next month been march.
We can still find out more about this SD card because with the use of it, i don't think there will still be any need of flash and hard drive for transffering huge amount of application both on system and also on smart phone devices.
It is awesome to think how far along storage technology has come. I remember being a kid with a 512MB of Ram and thinking that was King. With my 100GB HDD that took up a full 3inch slot. Oh the days.
