Steemit Engagement Challenge 3-steem culinary contest|| Review of SCOOP HAVEN CONFECTIONERY by @merci26
Hello friends,
It’s good to be here again for the 3rd week of this engagement challenge. This week, the contest seems really interesting as we would have to talk about a restaurant as well as the services rendered, food and ambience. It’s a great thing to share one’s experience.
I will be talking about a Restaurant around my area that was opened early this year, precisely on the 1st of January 2022. I had always wanted to visit the the new restaurant as well as experience how it looks like, but I have not had the opportunity to do so, as I am always very busy and keep procrastinating. Well all thanks to this contest, as I finally got to try out this new restaurant. The name of the restaurant is called SCOOP HAVEN Read along with me as I share with you my wonderful experience at scoop Haven.
LOCATION
location
From the google map, one can easily locate scoop Haven. I am a Nigerian, and scoop Haven is found in the southern part of Nigeria, precisely in the city of PH. It is located at 1b Adageorge road, by Shalom close. It is a place just located by the road side, in a serene environment. It can be easily located without much stress.
AMBIENCE
It was a Wow experience for me, when I first stepped into scoop Haven. The place was cool, welcoming and less crowded. The interior decoration was very lovely. It was calm, and very quite. This place is definitely a cool place for a nice hangout, quick chitchat, as well as a place for little meeting. What caught my attention most, was the artistic painting in the walls of the building. I am a person who loves art, I love the whole setting of scoop Haven and would love to visit regularly.
FOOD
In scoop Haven, the food sold depends on the time you visit. In the morning hours, they only sell coffee and bread. While in the afternoon, you will see varieties of snacks, cookies, cakes, brownies as well as ice-cream. I noticed they do not sell drinks, but they have variety of ice-cream flavors that excites the taste buds. During the evening hours, they sell delicious meals, such as Rice, different kinds of local dishes as well as continental dishes. Although I could not get a hold of their food menu, but Check below to see some amazing photos I took.
SERVICES
The service rendered to me in scoop Haven, was top notch. The people are well dressed, and organized. They are very polite and always ready to apologize when ever a complain is made. I could remember spilling some of my ice-cream, due to little mistake, the manager had to come downstairs when he heard of it, he apologized and asked they replaced the ice-cream. I was super excited about the service I got at scoop Haven.
The prices of items sold at scoop Haven are very cheap and affordable. I bought a scoop of ice-cream for 950Nigerian Naira which is equivalent to 8steem, using the current price of steem. The cookies are equivalent to 5steem, cupcakes equivalent to 7steem, while meat pie is equivalent to 9steem.
I really had fun visiting scoop Haven, and will advice friends around to make out time, and check this serene and lovely place.

Scoop Haven is indeed a very serene environment with a very beautiful interior. I’ve been there once and I must confess I had a wonderful experience there.
The pastries and ice creams nice and very affordable.
Superb customer service. It’s really a nice hangout spot.
