My plan to make steemit a great community

Hello fellow steemian,
My name is Morakinyo mercy ,I am 23years old and I have been in this wonderful community since January 2018.
To be honest,beginner level on steemit is so difficult and boring that you may even think of giving up on steemit.
At first when I join steemit things are not going on well and I even think of closing my account,but big thanks to my wonderful friend @temmy8284 for his little advice that I shouldn't give up till.Also to the beginner never give up.
@karensuestudios thanks for this wonderful opportunity, when I see this contest am so happy.
"What do you want to do with the delegation"
Hmmm!!!! to be honest I will love to help everybody including the beginner.
How I'll I go about it?
I will create a weekly contest ,either a writing contest, or share tip or idea contest,or ask a simple question and I will choose first second and third upvote them and resteem there post.
With this am 100% sure people will benefit from me.

And I we make sure that everybody benefit ,it wont be just three same set of people winning frequently.
I think with my own plan things we move well in this awesome community.
