Hello dear friends of this beautiful community, today I will be talking about how I am harvesting one of my favorite favorites and it is the eggplant, we are already in the time where it is harvested a lot because the climate lends itself and the earth is always nourished.
I like this purple variety because you can make many preparations with it, one of my favorite recipes and that I always do is stewed with meat, I add hot pepper and other ingredients that are super good.
The plant can load several times a year so we must take good care of them and control their watering because if we do it in excess the plant contracts fungi and dries out and if we do it with little water it will still dry out, everything depends on how well we take care of it.

Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, hoy es estare habando de como estoy cosechando una de mis vegetales favoritos y es la berengena, ya estamos en la epoca donde se cosecha bastante debido a que el clima se presta y la tierra siempre esta nutrida.
Me gusta esta variedad morada porque se pueden hacer muchas preparaciones con ella, una de mis recetas favoritas y que las hago siempre es guisada con carne, le agrego aji picante y otros ingredientes que quedan super bien.
La planta puede cargar varias veces al año asi que debemos cuidarlas muy bien y controlar su riego de agua ya que si lo hacemos en exceso la planta contrae hongos y se seca y si lo hacemos con poca agua ella igual se va a secar todo depende de cuan bien la cuidemos.

Me gusta degustarlas frita ademas que estan super rapido complementan un buen plato, debemos asegurarnos de lavarlas bien y dejarlas reposando en agua con sal por varios minutos, asi pierde un poco lo amargo, podemos pasarla por huevo batido y pan rallado asi estaran mas crocantes.
Posee buenos beneficios para el organismo y si sabemos aprovecharla nos ira muy bien, muchas personas no les gusta pero no saben de lo que se estan perdiendo, yo las cosecho y asi me ahorro de comprar en el mercado y asi utilizar el dinero en otra cosa importante.
