Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, bendecido dia, hoy hablaré sobre este delicioso fruto del melón el cual es muy beneficioso para nuestro organismo y a mi me encanta en horas del almuerzo.

Cuando no es epoca de cosecha me toca comprarlo en el mercado y ellos tienen muchas opciones de venta, yo compro entero y algunos por la mitad.

Al mediodía lo hago en jugo bien frio con trocitos de hielo y ya por la tarde los corto en trocitos y le agrego un toque de azucar para la merienda, me cae muy bien.

El jugo de melón contiene buenas propiedades y además ayuda a las personas a orinar seguido y limpia nuestro organismo.

Hello dear friends of this beautiful community, blessed day, today I will talk about this delicious melon fruit which is very beneficial for our body and I love it at lunch time.

When it's not harvest time I have to buy at the market and they have many sales options, I buy whole and some in half.

At noon I make it in very cold juice with pieces of ice and in the afternoon I cut it into pieces and add a touch of sugar for the snack, it goes very well for me.

Melon juice contains good properties and also helps people urinate often and cleanse our body.

Durante el invierno se cosechan en grandes cantidades y es lo bueno de nuestra tierra venezolana la cual es productiva y se da lo que se siembre.

No es facil el proceso pero mas no imposible, solo debemos tener la constancia y dedicación y no rendirse.

Para el desayuno tambien se puede beber junto a unas ricas empanadas, bollitos o pastelitos, recuerdo mis desayunos en el liceo y la universidad.
