The Diary Game:02-11-2021| My fun day out😊

Good morning fellow steemians of the prestigious Steem Cameroon community. I had a change of activities yesterday and though it was dreadful at the start, it turned out to be much fun later on.

MORNING...

I woke up a little later than usual cause I had no plans of going to the shop in the morning. I was to go to the MTN head office to retrieve my sim card which had been blocked somehow.
I said my prayers and left my bed to go freshen up. After my bath, I dressed up and went to greet my parents in their room. I also used the advantage to let my mum know about my plans for the day. Thankfully she understood and I finally left the house. I dropped by the shop to keep my account book and bottle of water before going on to MTN. I got into a Cab and to keep myself busy, I plugged in my headphones and put on some good old hip-hop songs to vibe with.
About 30 minutes later, I was alighting. I went into the office and got a number. I was number 64 and they were still on number 11. I almost cried. I waited for a while and got tired of sitting. I decided to go for a walk and then remembered I had to create an orange money account. So I walked to the orange head office which
Is just a stone throw from MTN office.

I got there and immediately, I was attended to. I filled my form and waited for the procedure to be ended.

Fifteen minutes later, I was done and so I started walking back to MTN. On my way up, a friend called me and asked for my location. I told him. He was just around and I spotted his car driving towards me.
I got in and when we to arrived, he parked beside MTN. I went in to check on the progress of the waiting line. They were almost at my number.
I stayed there for just 10 more minutes and I was called in. I went through the retrieval process and my card was handed to me.
I left the office and my friend drove us to go see one of our other friends at her hair and beauty shop in malingo.
We parked and went inside. She was so excited to see me cause it's been a long time since we last saw.
We chatted and talked about graduation and all sorts of stuff we did while in school. It was fun. She had a costumer though. She was plaiting the girl while we chatted. I later on helped her in finishing the ends.

Our guy friend, Glen got bored and said he was going next door to a barber's shop to get a hair cut. I took his place on the chair and switched on the tv to watch the voice America. My friend Adela and I sang along to all the songs we knew during the performances. It was crazy. Soon it was 11:30 am. It was almost time to go back and open the shop.
I went to check on Glen to see if he was done having a haircut. He wasn't. He asked me to take some pictures of him and the barber too. (It's like I've been accompanying guys to shave almost everyday😂😂).
Here are a few:

When he was done, we went to get out stuff and say goodbye to our friend, Adela.
We drove into the university of Buea campus to get some information from the faculty and to pick up a friend with whom Glen works. When we did, they both chatted my head off as we drove back up for them to drop me off.
We got to the store and i said my goodbye.

AFTERNOON...

I opened up and set the goods. I spent all afternoon attending to costumers. My brother then returned from school and joined me. We started discussing random stuff. Earlier on Monday, I had asked a music teacher based on guitars and other string instruments to teach me the guitar when I get one for myself. He had gladly accepted.
So at about 5pm, he dropped by with his guitar unexpectedly. He said he likes talking about music and wouldn't mind teaching me the basics first until I get mine. I was so happy.
He started by putting down some notes for me about the diatonic scale and finger positions on the guitar. All through, it was fun and I understood everything he thought me.

After the lesson, he played me a few of his songs and I enjoyed every bit of it.
By 6:30pm, he left and promised to come over whenever he is free..
It was dark already. I had no lights at the shop so I closed up and left for home.
As I was walking home, I heard screams of joy and suddenly everywhere was much brighter. I saw the ENEO workers driving away and I knew they had resolved the electrical issue. I was so happy I practically ran home to confirm we were safe as well. Upon getting home, the security lights were on and I was so happy.
I put all my devices on charge and went to the kitchen to get some food cause I hadn't eaten all day.
After eating, I went to my room. My siblings later joined me in there as we watched funny videos and comedy skits until I fell asleep😂.
