Ginataang alimasag (crabs cooked in coconut milk)
Sharing today is again another popular dish in our country the Ginataang Alimasag (crabs cooked in coconut oil).
For the ingredients we'll need crabs (cut in half), coconut milk, chopped ginger, sugar and salt to taste. You can also add some cut pumpkin and chili peppers if you like. I just forgot to buy one😂 (sign of getting old).
Cooking this is very easy you'll just put all the ingredients in a pot and let it boil for 20-30 minutes. Then another 10 minutes with low heat.

I love seafood and easy recipes. Your meal sounds delicious! Crab meat is very expensive in the U.S. Ive never had it with pumpkin. Yummy!
