Islamic ruling of having children via IVF (test tube baby) and eating sea foods!

I was watching a Q&A by Dr Yasir Qadhi on YouTube and I found a lecture important for our present era of living. He answered some questions about In vitro fertilization aka test tube baby, eating and method of cooking seafood and doing “Kaza” or “a certain hairstyle”. Q: I have children already. But we want more children which isn’t happening naturally. Can we take help via IVF?

Q: We have tried to have children and we have tried IVF also. But no luck. Recently my husband has died and his sperm is still preserved. I am in Idda. Can I use my husband's sperm for another try?

Q: I am not producing any eggs (Ovum). Doctor asked me to take a donor's egg, mixed with my husband’s sperm and put the zygote into my womb. Is it permissible?

Q: Can we choose the gender of the baby during the IVF procedure?
