One of the greatest proofs a person has been born again is when we take on the attributes of our heavenly family. God loved us when we were strangers, sinners, unlovable and even enemies of the cross. As He first loved us, we in return love Him! Then we learn to love like Him! Loving others and even esteeming them above ourselves.

Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Php 2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Php 2:4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

As God’s people we are to be a reflection of His Character and Likeness

GOD IS LOVE!

Whenever we get our eyes off of our own situation and get our eyes on Jesus and we begin to be a blessing to others. No longer constantly only thinking about our own life, but our prayer and purpose is focused on the needs of others. This is the character of Christ! Imagine Emmanuel, God Incarnate, getting on His knees and washing His disciples feet. This is who we are supposed to be. People who serve others. Not our crown, ring, special robes where we are center of attention. All of us are supposed to be attraction attention away from ourselves and we are to continually point to Jesus, the Cross and the Love of God

The teaching yesterday was about a sick person pursuing Jesus

This is about you and I pursuing Jesus for others

INTERCESSION

Mar 2:3 And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four.
Mar 2:4 And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay.
Mar 2:5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.

Jesus Saw Their Faith!!!!!

Here we have more than one person bringing someone with palsy to Jesus. When they arrived at the house, they could not get the man to Jesus bbecause of the crowd.

These radicals would not take no for an answer!
They were not going to let any hinderances get in the way.
They peeled back layers of the roof and let this man down in front of Jesus

Jesus saw Their Faith!

It was not the faith of the sick man, but the radical faith of his friends!

He saw “Their Faith” and Healed

If you are a believer as true follower of Christ, who are you bringing before Jesus? This is our part! This is one of the biggest reasons we are still here on earth. To bring people to Jesus!

If you are sick yourself, begin to pray for others that are sick!

I constantly have people I am praying for, interceding for. Right now there are about 40 people I am specifically believing God for His Divine intervention. Three demon possessed men, I An believing God for their deliverance. I am by faith and by the Name of Jesus confronting their demons. One day, I will see these men face to face and those demons will recognize me and on that day, God will deliver those men using me.

Why would you or I pray for someone we don’t even know?

This is the Love of God!

Rom 5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
Rom 5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

Whenever I pray for the sick our possessed, I ask God to also fill me full of His love for this person.

• God is Love
• Love Never Fails
• Faith Worketh by Love

Gal 5:6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

When you get Faith and Love in the same place the sparks will fly.

The lame will walk, the blind will see, and this man with palsy was healed because of the radical faith of others.

Heb 7:24 But this man (Jesus), because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.
Heb 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

I don’t have to pray and ask God if it is His Will to Heal you! I already know the answer! YES HE DOES!

My favorite thing is prayer! First because I get to meet with Abba Daddy!
