DECAY OF A COMPROMISING CHRISTIAN.

Halleluyah! Its a new week and here we are to learn at the feet of Jesus christ again.

LET SAY A WORD OF PRAYER!
Dear Jesus, Thank you for the gift of life and living. Thank you for the grace and thanks for watching over me. Dear God, even as I read this, I pray you speak to me,let your word come to correct,chatise and lighten my path. Help me to be a man of uncompromising faith. Thank you for answered prayer! IJN.Amen.

You are welcome once again and this morning, While we lunch forth into another would be powerful,grace filled and successful week, let consider the decay of a chirsitian whose faith is compromising. The world compromise according to google is "expediently accept standards that are lower than is desirable."

The teaching is focused on Lot and will be considering Abraham as well. When God told Abraham to leave Haran, He took with him lot and the both departed together. But they journey along, there was need for them to be seperated. Lot look up into the land and found a place he taught must have been like the garden of Eden and choose to reside there. The bible recorded that Lot was dwelling outside Sodom. But as they journey progressed, they bible recorded lot to be residing in Sodom and not only that He was sitting at the entrance of the gates, A place meant only for the Elders. Lot became an elder in the bad land.

Lot lack an altar in Sodom and that was why it was easy for him to compromise. He compromised when they Angel of Destruction came to Sodom and resided at his place. My midnight,when the sodomites came, He compromised by offering his two virgin daughters to the Sodomites.

Another shocking thing happened, when the Angel gave lots opportunity to go and save people he has evangelized to but because he had never evangelize to anybody. certainly, he had never preached the gospel to the people, He had no one to go and save.

Later, Lot was moving from valleys to mountains for abode. When you lack altar, you will have no place of abode. The problem most times is not God ignoring you or not speaking to you. BUT YOUR SAMUEL CANNOT IDENTIFY GOD'S VOICE!

I am imploring us this morning that we take our stand in Christ. The face of God doesnot behold inquity and so it easy for him to elude sinners with his blessings, for their voice wont go up to him. Let us stand up for Jesus,evangelize to people and raise and altar for him. May Holy spirit Interpret This more in our heart ! Amen.
