CREMA DE PATATA DULCE Y TOMATES
1 cebolla, 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva, 2 dientes de ajo (opcional), 2 o 3 patatas dulces grandes peladas, lavadas y cortadas en trozos, 400 g de tomates triturados (una lata), sal y pimienta. Freir la cebolla y el ajo en el aceite de oliva unos minutos. Añadir las patatas y tomate, cocinar a fuego lento hasta que las patats esten blandas. Añadir la sal y pimientay licuar/batir hasta que formar una crema suave. Decorar al gusto.
