Omelette in tomato

Ingredients:

• 2 large tomatoes;
• 1 egg;
• processed cheese Hochland for hot dishes in slices with ham and paprika;
• parsley;
• bow;
• salt;
• pepper.
  
  

Preparation:

With tomatoes, cut off the hats (but do not throw away - they will still be needed). Take a teaspoon and take out the core of each tomato.

Egg whisk with chopped parsley and green onions. Salt, pepper and pour over the tomatoes.

On top of the tomatoes, put the melted cheese of Hochland and cover the remaining tomatoes with hats.

Bake stuffed tomatoes in a microwave for 3-4 minutes.
