People are going digital, dencentralized and global. If the state doesn't keep up it will become irrelevant.
The vanishing grin
The globalised world is radically changing things. Industrial jobs are disappearing and they will continue to disappear owing to productivity gains from automation.
Thus, social models that were created to fit industrial and early service economies will no longer be viable. It is only in Alice in Wonderland that the cat can leave while the grin lingers. In the real world when the cat is gone, the grin vanishes with it. Put simply, as the industrial workforce shrinks – just as we once saw happen in agriculture – the social model founded on it will go, too.
The decentralized age
There are more and more people who work totally independently from any one company, any one country or any singular social model. Old jobs are disappearing. New ones are emerging. Some are truly new, products of the digital age. Others are reformulations of the old: the craftsman with his bows and the jester on YouTube, who gain leverage from the global digital space, and are now able to reach all their global clients cheaply, efficiently and at low cost.
Most new jobs created by global digital opportunities make people more independent. Fewer people will work for one company at a time or in the same country all the time. More will work remotely across borders.
Just look at Steemit and the dencentralized cryptos. Blockchain is slowly dissolving the old methods and the old ways.

Indeed! No reason why I should not be able to help solve the day-to-day problems of someone living half a world away when most service developments are digital anyways. Yet receiving and logging payments from these people, without the use of blockchain, can still be a pain in the ass.
So indeed Blockchain is the future! Just need even better integration into service development and the sharing and use of intellectual property. But I'm sure that will happen :)
One blockchain. One love @fredrikaa <3 :)
Unfortunately the state makes the rules, but I think they are holding back and want to see cryptos succeed. It is a wait and see approach after all it is digital, the final destination for all of us.
Until they feel confident enough to legislate it I'm sure! ;)
Great post @midhunter
I hope you visit my post. Thx u
You are absolutely right. Globalisaztion is allowing people to have more freedom to work independently. We are entering into the digital age and the industrial age is over.
Bring forth the blockchain :)

Many people who were not employed found the perfect job in the crypto world!
I agree, it reminds me of the subsistence farmers of old, before commercial farming and industrialization took over. I wrote a post about solopreneurs about this, you might like it... https://steemit.com/philosophy/@pjcswart/the-modern-solopreneur-and-the-subsistence-farmer
This is great, full upvote. Very thought-provoking.
Thanks again my friend :)
