Gotta have something to take out those spammy minnows😛 so I can find The Road easier amongst my Replies!

this might be a good idea man!

I'm glad someone agrees @jwolf :)

I wouldn't mind paying to comment. If comments are good they may get rewarded anyway. Maybe the price could be related to how many comments you do in a day.

Better get topped up on liquid Steem then ;)

Captcha! Wow who came up with that idea :^) hah in all seriousness, great photo.. I'd also thought through it, and it may take away from the steemit experience more than it would lend to the steemit experience.
Another thought I had was maybe using an r9k-like filter. Where each comment you leave has to be unique in some way to avoid repeated comments.
edit: past midnight.. I said "photo" haha. Of course meant video. great video

I think that you are onto something here @mindhunter, there has been a lot of spam lately! If we add a cost for commenting as you suggest it would be less profitable for the spammers.

Thanks for the support @almvide :)

I hate CAPTCHA. No way I would promote that here.
Also if you make people pay to comment, you will frustrate the newbies. And rich spammer will still get through.

I generally just skip those spam comment. Even worst, the one that sent you 0.01 steem with some message.

I'm trying to ignore them at the moment too, but lets hope Steemit Inc. can get on top of this one soon!

Steemit Inc. doesn't know the word soon.

That's ned's 'Steady as she goes ethos!' - LOL!
