The Diary Game: [4/05/2024] Saturday, Going for a walk and taking random pictures

Hello Diary

It's weekend already and I'm excited. It's a privilege to be here once again, most especially to share my dairy with you. Just stay tuned as I tell you about the numerous pictures I took.

Early that morning as I woke up around 5:30am, joined the morning devotion, after then I brushed my teeth. Then I went straight to the kitchen, the plan was to cook rice for the family so that we can eat throughout.

So I started with the cooking immediately, I put the rice on fire then I sliced the onions and also pound the crayfish, I also sliced the carrot I'm to used in cooking the rice and set aside. As the rice started boiling, I removed it from the fire pour it into the filter and washed it.

I started the cooking properly, by frying the onions, when it was getting brown I pour the crayfish into the pot and stir it well.

After frying the onions I then pour the parboil rice into the pot, put other ingredients, like maggi, pepper and salt, stir it together.

I cover the pot and allow it to boil for about 20minutes, I checked it the water has started drying then I poured in the carrot, used spatula to turned it well, then I covered the pot amd.allow it to simmer for like 5- 10minutes.

So after the 5minutes, the rice was fully done and I turned off the gas. My elder sister dished the food for the kids to eat , while I was busy working on the hair (wig) she brought from the shop for a customer.

After I was done with the hair andy sister was ready to go to her shop, she carried the hair.

I had to do some laundry, as I be with it, the clothes were plenty so I started washing them but at a point I became tired as my hands were hurting me.

While I was washing the clothes the girls were busy sleeping after eating. I so I remained some few clothes for another day while I sun dry the ones that I've washed.

After that, I took a shower and dressed up, I was trying to make a post and also to place some comments on other people's post. Immediately my two girls woke up from sleep, that was around 1:30pm and they start complaining of hungry that was when I realized that I haven't eaten anything since daybreak.

That was how I went and warmed the rice and dishes for the three of us to eat.

After eating I went back to complete my post while the girls watch the TV. Later on the girls said that we should go and buy something with the money their money drop for us before leaving to the shop.

So we all stepped out, we walked around the whole of that estate in search of one particular lollipop sweet. The girl said if not that sweet she will not eat any other thing, and secondly they did not want to go back home so soon, so we tour around the streets till we were tired.

We saw so many funny things on the road but I was able to capture few of them, like a little boy that was helping the father at his furniture shop.

We end up in a small shop to buy groundnut, to use in drinking garri at home.

As we got home it was around 6pm so we quickly put garri to drink.

So after drinking the garri, we just lay down to rest while waiting for my elder sister to come back home from the shop.

When she came back, I made her food to eat, then I went to my room trying to make this post but I slept off, so this morning i decided to post it now.
