# SEC-S14W4: Shared Happiness is the best!

Happiness is a state of being happy. That state where your body and soul bask in euphoria. Despite challenges life has thrown at me this year, I couldn't help but noticed that I have been more happy than sad.

What is the reason for your happiness and who do you plan to share your happiness with?

The reason for my happiness are too numerous to mention. So... many blessings. I'll share just a few of them with these wonderful family here. The reason for my happiness includes the following:

• • The Gift of Life and Good Health.

Yes I'm super grateful and happy to be among the living. I am happy and grateful to God almighty for his faithfulness and protection towards every member of my family. I am so happy. I thank God for good health.

• • Another reason for my happiness is that I Obeyed the Clarion call.

Yes I was among those given the honour and privilege to serve my father's land Nigeria. I was super excited when I received my Callup Letter. I was so happy to engage in the 3- weeks orientation course at the Orientation camp in Nonwa Gbam- Tai local government area, in Rivers State.

When will you share your happiness and with which simple meal

I will share my happiness with members of my family, close friends and relatives because they were always there for me when I needed them the most. My family didn't turn their backs on me, they believed in me even when I'd lost faith and confidence in myself.

They deserve to be celebrated, therefore I have planned for a get together scheduled to take place on the 31st of December after sunset. Where we will all play some games, gist, laugh together and have fun as one big united family.

For the meals on that get-together day, we will start to with some spicy chops and milky chin chin. Step it down with chilled bottle of healthy natural drink like Zobo or Tigernut juice (I'll choose one from either of them) then the main meal will be coconut Rice and fisherman soup for those that will prefer swallow.

Is it true that shared happiness is the best, why or why not

Yes, shared happiness is the best. When you share your happiness with people, you may be saving a soul unknown to you. People are going through a lot. So when we extend our happiness to them their hearts will become cheerful. One good way of spreading happiness is by sharing our things with others, buying gifts items for them, giving them financial assistance based on our ability. Even the Bible said that there is more happiness in giving. Knowing that I'm the reason behind that/those happy face(s) makes me happy too.

Therefore, for us to truly experience what real happiness is all about, we must share the happiness in us with others. If we Hurd it, we won't really know what it feels like to be happy, there will still be some void in our hearts.

Your advice to all about shared happiness

Shared happiness is like a tree planted on a good soil and has it's roots deeply rooted in the soil. Such a tree grows up and bears much fruit and also serves as shelter to humans from the scotching sun.
Likewise, when we share happiness people will love to have us around them. Majority will look up to you and want to emulate you.

Happiness most times attract favor and blessings. Yes a happy person is a cheerful person. A happy person is grateful and appreciative. Such a person is always Optimistic about life. Therefore, I urge us all to share happiness to people around us.
