VITAMINS AND EFFECTS OUR HEALTH.

Hi friends.............................!

Today I am here infrom  about onformation vitamin the vita  means vital or necessary for life  wirhout don't exist in world and  mins means minimum quantity.Two types  of  vitamons water soluble and  fat soluble today this post discussed about fat soluble vitamons.There are four fat soluble vitamins A D K And E.

Vitamin A:

Vitamin a is found in the form of crystalline and yellow colored and scientific name is retinol .retinol  is very important for proper function of our body.

Safe for disease

1  Vitamin A is preventing from infection

2 Safe from night blindness 

3 Vitamin is necessary for proper growth of cells our body

4 It is very important for smooth skin

5  In children deficiency of vitamin, A retort the growth

6 Vitamin A is preventing from loss of hair

Source of vitamin A

Source of vitamin A is many foods in which involves are followings 

1. Dairy products

• Butter  

• Cheese 

 2.Plants 

• Carrots 

• Spinach

• Cabbage 

• Peas

• Mangoes

• Papaya

3. Animals

• Liver

• Eggs

• Halibut liver oil

These products used in daily life and safe from deficiency of vitamin A and safe from many diseases.

Daily requirement of vitamin A

Vitamin A is required per day at 900 micro grams which is age person 19 to 30

Vitamin D 

VITAMIN D is found in the form of white Crestline and soluble in fat. The scientific name of vitamin D is cholecalciferol. Vitamin D -3 IS similar to cholesterol and produce in our body naturally.

Protection from diseases

Vitamin D IS protect from rickets

Vitamin D is necessary for growing children during pregnancy 

Vitamin D is prevent from osteomalacia

Source of vitamin D

Vitamin Dis naturally produce in our body during ulitra violt rays of sun on skin and produce from fatty tissues.

Fat butter and dairy products are good source of vitamin D

DAILY REQUIREMENT

VITAMIN D is necessary for 0.025 micro gram per day for normal function of our body.

Vitamin E

Vitamin is found in the form of pale yellow viscous oil type substance and scientific name is tocopherol vitamin E is a natural anti-oxidant safe from many harmful diseases .

Protection from diseases

1 Safe the body cells from damage 

2 Increase the immunity of our body

3 Safe from atherosclerosis

4 Protect from heart attack

5 Safe from cancer by destroyed the free radical in our body

6 Maintain the reproductive system of males and females

7 Vitamin E is reduced chances of fifty percent

Source of vitamin E

Vitamin E is obtained from many foods likes ghee or vegetable oil nuts cabbage potatoes and but slightly found in meat and other fruits and veges.

Daily requirement of vitamin E

Vitamin E 15 to 16 micro gram almost is required on daily basis for proper function of our body  and safe from diseases.

Vitamin K

VITAMIN K is found in the form of yellow colored oil which is present plants. The scientific name is naphthoquinone. Vitamin K-2 and Vitamin K-3 are naturally produce in our body by the activities of specific bacteria.

Why we need vitamin k 

1 Vitamin K is helps blood clotting

2 It is necessary for the biosynthesis of proteins

3 Safe from liver 

4 Deficiency cause liver disorder

Source of vitamin K

Vitamin K is required in daily foods likes fresh green or  leafy vegetables  are used.it is also found in green tea beef and beef liver. Olive  oil is good source of vitamin K.

DAILY REQUIREMENT OF  VITAMIN k

Vitamin k isrequired  for daily proper functioning of our body is 120 micro gram.
