How are you all, I hope you are well. Alhamdulillah, I am fine too. Welcome to the Steam Kids and Parents community has organized a wonderful contest on the word Welcome. I have come to participate in this competition today with great enthusiasm. Let's get started.

I think the word welcome creates a bond with each other. This word means caring for each other. This word brings welfare in relationship, business or society.
Welcome is a word that expands the boundaries of my friendship. As I am a serviceman, I have heard welcome from many sirs in the first instance. And I have welcomed many. And welcome to this task I have to do constantly.
We use the word welcome after entertaining our relatives at home. Using this word strengthens our relationship with relatives. We say this word freely to each other.
I almost always use the word welcome in my office. Because in my office I have to meet and talk with big sirs constantly. Right then I support them by saying welcome.

In every activity in our life we have to travel to different places and meet different kinds of people, we use welcome. Yes I too definitely find intimacy in welcome. And feel a lot of joy. Not only do I welcome someone but I also consider it a moment of joy if someone welcomes me. In my work, apart from me, I have to go around the office and see who is doing what kind of work. And to keep an eye on that. Then when I meet managers or sirs they welcome me I also introduce to sir managers and get pleasure from that moment. This word of welcome is very much related to what I say to others. It creates a good bond with him..When I thank someone he welcomes me and makes me happy. And creates a beautiful bond of friendship. Which is very happy.
🤗Why do you use this word so often and why is it important to teach our children to use it? |

It has been said at the outset that I am a serving officer. So I have to work constantly. And this is the welcome word I always use. The word welcome builds good relationships between relatives and strengthens relationships, so I try to use the word welcome everywhere.
It is important to teach our children the word welcome. When we don't teach children from the beginning, they can't learn anything. I have a daughter so I will teach my daughter about thank you and welcome from a young age. And children should be brought up from a young age in such a way that they can understand and say everything from a distance. And children should be given more knowledge
What to say instead of thank you. By learning these, children will grow properly and gain knowledge. So I say welcome is important for kids. Since the word welcome is a good word, a child needs to learn the word welcome when to use the word welcome.
🤗As you welcome 2024, what are your expectations and how do you intend to achieve them? |

As I welcome the year 2024, I hope that the hopes that I could not fulfill or did not fulfill in 2023. I was supposed to be promoted from my job in 2023. But it was for a small price but I didn't get what I was supposed to get. So I want to achieve full promotion in 2024. And want to become a senior officer and have apprehensions. So I want to leave my 2023 behind and learn more new things in 2024. Also I just started freelancing. I earned some money from there. Some of my work there is unknown. Want to improve from there. Again I work at Steemit where I learned a lot of work and gained knowledge about unknown facts. And I have improved a lot from Steemit and want to improve more.
So friends today's presentation everyone stay healthy and well and pray for me so that I can progress on the path of life. This was my introduction with welcome and some expectations.

Hello @monirm, You have written well. Indeed in life we are bound to travel to different places and meet different people.
A simple welcome could create a sense of belonging and intimacy between strangers. It is definitely more advisable to apply it in our daily speech and also educate those around us including the kids on the usefulness of this polite word.
