Blizzcon News
Blizzcon is Blizzard's two times annual event where they announce new games and expansions. There is a lot of hype flowing around Blizzcon for that reason. This year however disappointed many because there were no new games announcements, just few minor updates for existing games and only one expansion for Hearthstone that does not require some big budget like expansions for some of their more complex games need. Even though there were no big announcements, there is something minor for everyone to look forward to.
Diablo 3
Diablo franchise had 20 year anniversary this Blizzcon and for me personally they announced the best news for Diablo 3. You all remember original Diablo, well, they will remake 16 levels of original Diablo in Diablo 3 for free. That could be interesting, however there are no screenshots for us to see how that will look like. They also announced new fan favorite class Necromancer. Good old "Necro" is returning, but behind paywall, Blizzard will be Blizzard.
Heroes of the Storm
This rising in popularity moba did not introduce some new epic game changing systems but they announced some interesting heroes that are coming soon into the game.
Varian Wryn will be first multi class hero in the game where you can chose what you need to be depending on who your opponents are, really interesting concept for a new hero.
Ragnaros will also have an interesting mechanic like Varian, he is a raid boss in World of Warcraft and in this game he can also became one when protecting his keep.
Hearthstone: Mean Streets of Gadgetzan
This Hearthstone expansion will introduce multi class cards for three special classes in the game. For example you can pick one creature from the expansion that has the special ability to get 3 class specific cards for Priest, Mage or Warlock classes. That will bring more RNG to the game but at least something fresh is coming.
Overwatch
Overwatch update will have a couple of new maps and a new playable character Sombra. She will be a stealth character that can go unnoticed and create chaos from unexpected angles.
It would be better if they did in Diablo 2 HD
They did the fist one because the game is smaller = less work :)
