Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?
In steemit one votes for the publications that they like the most, that is, for quality content, this provides a contribution to the content creator for their work, the contribution that is given will depend on the level of steem power that is had, the higher the greater It will be the value of the vote in the curation of the post, I also understand that one earns 50% of the total balance of the publication, that same system also applies in the comment votes.
What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?
-In one minute you receive 20/80, 20% for the curator and the rest for the reward group.
-In two minutes you receive 40/60, 40% for the curator and the rest for the reward group.
-In 3 minutes 60/40 is received, 60% for the curator and the rest for the group of rewards.
-In 4 minutes you receive 80/20, 80% for the curator and the rest for the group of rewards.
Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?
One votes for the witnesses who are programmers who contribute or create blocks in the blockchange and port so that steemit is easier to use, one votes for them so that:
- Worth your effort
- For the popularity of these that benefits the same ecosystem.

Personally I am going to join:
-Latino: Symbionts: I'm from Colombia so ... The answer is obvious right? I also want to support Spanish speakers.
-Challenges and Promotion of STEEM: Steeming Curators: I joined because I like challenges. 😀
-General topics: GEMS: Because I like to create content and write separately so I can expand my circle of contacts in steemit.
-Gaming Community: INVEN Gaming: I like to play video games and I know how difficult they can be sometimes, so I want to contribute a bit with guides and tricks to make it easier.
