Today my mother made bread Cutlet for breakfast, many people also call it bread pakora which is basically deep fried potatoes with a twist , so I thought of sharing this bread pakora recipe with you.

My father while coming form his early morning walk , brought a packet of bread , I am sharing the weight of bread packet and its price here.

🍞 Cutlet Recipe

First of all , put the potatoes 🥔 in a cooker on the gas ⛽ to boil and wait ✋ , when 5 whistles came in the cooker, turn the pressure cooker off and put the cooker on one side so that the steam inside the cooker gets released on its own .

After that crush five loafs of bread 🍞 by bare hand and put them in the mixing jar and made powder of it, in the same way I made crumbles of whole packet of bread.

By then the steam of the cooker had also gone out, I took out the potatoes from the cooker with the help of a strainer, then washed the potatoes with cold water so that I could easily peel off the potatoes.

Then in a bowl, finely chop the onion, finely chopped 7 to 8 green chilies,

then add it to the potato paste, now add red chili powder , salt, a little garlic paste, ginger paste, and bread crumbles to it and mix it well.

After mixing everything well, we have got a fine paste, now make small balls of that paste (almost equal to the size of a lemon) .

Now we put the soyabeans refined oil in a pan on the gas and put it to heat, when the refined becomes hot, then put 7 to 8 pieces of bread cutlet in the oil for frying.

When the balls of bread cutlet turns light brown from one side , flip it slowly and roast it till it turns light brown on the other side as well . Keep the gas on medium flame only, when the cutlet turns brown from both the sides, put them in a pan. Take out on a plate .

In the same way, fry the bread cutlets of all the paste, you can eat green chutney or sweet chutney of any vegetable, it is very crispy and tasty, it is a fun snack.

Important Note 📝 📋 ::

Do not put too many bread paste balls at once, otherwise the balls will break and the balls will be filled with oil.
