Wishing Everyone a Good Night, I sat down to write Today's post as a gift. Hope Everyone is well by the grace of God Almighty. Alhamdulillah, we are also fine by the Grace of Almighty Allah. I started writing Today's Photography post with the wish that whoever is is fine, Amin.
As we all know, "Bitter Gourd" is a unique name in the world of vegetables and is the only Bitter Vegetable. We never get this taste in any other vegetable. Rich in Herbal Medicinal properties, "Bitter Gourd" is a blessing of Almighty Allah for all creatures including Human body. Which he (Allah) has given us as a blessing.
Bitter Gourd Hanging on the Plant
"Bitter Gourd" contains a special type of substance that helps the Human body to produce "insulin". Which, consumed regularly in moderate amounts, destroys harmful substances in the Human body and maintains the normal process of the "hormone" called "Insulin".
That's why health experts advise diabetic patients to eat moderate amounts of "Bitter Gourd" regularly.

This vegetable with a bitter taste contains vitamins, A, B, C, D, a variety of rare minerals and antioxidants, anti-inflammatory elements to protect the human body.
