Monday Morning Quote: "And then I could see how few things were enough to live in peace and well."
Goooood morning readers! How are you? Monday is here: Head up and let's work!
Monday Morning Quotes: A place where, each Monday, I'll bring my favourite quotes to send you a bit of my positivity to start the week on full power! Hope you enjoy it.

Source: Amyr Klink is a Brazilian navigator, speaker and writer. He was the first person in 1984 to cross the South Atlantic rowing aboard the IAT. This quote is from the book 100 days between sea and sky, that tells that adventure.
This quote impacts my life more than I think, it basically summarizes how I feel these days. The more I travel, the more I realise that life can be incredibly simple.
Every time I come back from a trip, where generally I carry only the essentials, I feel like all the things I gather at home are useless; a sofa? for what? and how about 3 guitars? maybe I could sell the TVs... and so on.>/p>
Now I see that I could easly live in a moving home, simply because I've discovered that simplicity is key. I see people with loads of material goods feeling depressed, the more they have, the more they want.
What is your interpretation of this quote? Do you feel the same way after a trip? Feel free to 'philosophize' on the comments down bellow.

This quote reminds of the Discovery Channel episodes of Ed Stafford's "Marooned." Have you seen any of them? He sets off into the wild with nothing (sometimes no clothes even) other than advice from natives from the area and wants to not only survive but thrive in that habitat for a week. His reflections and emotions are so real and each time, these episodes make me realize that everything is possible with so little. I just adore the guy!
Hey Flo, thanks for passing by!
Holy moly, he's going for the extremes then. I don't know that, I'll have to check on youtube as I do like this kind of programs.
I guess the grand majority of humans would die if we simply run out of electricity for some time, some os us don't know what to do on a day without internet... hahahah Imagine the chaos it would be.
I sometimes kind of want that sort of day to arrive...to get us out of this stuck funk state
I'd love too! To be able to sit with my friends and genuinely admire each other. Today I seem to see them mostly through the stupid phone, instead of in person.
