Recipe ✡️I cooked dried potatoes and eggplant for the first time

How are you all? I hope you are well by the grace of God. I am also well...I will share a new recipe with you today...The recipe is dried fish with potatoes and eggplant..I will present to you how to cook dried fish with potatoes and eggplant..

So let's start today's recipe..
1.Dried fish
2.Eggplant
3.Potatoes
4.Onion
5.Garlic
6.Green pepper
7.Salt
8.Soybean oil
9.Dried chilli powder
10.Saaj powder
11.Yellow powder
12.Water

First I washed and cleaned the dried fish well..
✡️Step2:

Then I cleaned the eggplants well and cut them into small pieces..
✡️Step3:

I washed five potatoes well and cut them into small pieces...
✡️step4:

Then I sifted the raw chilli onion garlic well..
✡️Step5:

Then I took a cup and a half of oil..
✡️Step6:

Then I put the onion, garlic, green chillies in the oil and boiled some...
✡️ Step7:

I have taken the dried chilli powder in a different way..

Then after frying the oil onions for a while, I boiled them with dried fish for 5 minutes...

Shortly after the fish was cooked, I added the spices...

Then I mixed the potatoes and eggplant well with spices...
✡️Step11:

Then I boiled the vegetables well with adequate amount of water...

I cooked for about 20 minutes straight, now almost at the end of my cooking
