How are you all? As a country representative of Bangladesh, I am submitting my last week's activities in report form through this post. I think this is a great opportunity for me. I have tried to properly fulfill all the responsibilities assigned to me as a country representative.
I always try to increase my steem power. So last week like every week I have total power-up 29.168 STEEM, because I do almost every one of my posts at 100% power up so all rewards add up to my steem power.
I think increasing steem power means increasing one's ability. And I am currently associated with the #club100.
I turn all my income into power. So currently I have so much 30,044.06 steem. Now my total Effective Power 31,475.28 SP
- As an admin and curator of the Steem For Bangladesh community, I have created a Weekly Report as Steem For Bangladesh Curator - Period October 14 to 20, 2022 of the amount of support given to all users from the community account @steem4bangladesh in the last week. I think by this users will increase the activity in the community and they will know everything that happened in the community in a week.
- I want to make the free delegation project global this time. From this project till now I was giving free delegation only to Bangladeshis but now I have planned that since the application from Bangladesh is less so I will select one country every week and accept the application of the users of that country and give them free delegation. I will make this update post very soon and share it for everyone.
- Many users have now become active in the community and increased their engagement due to the daily encouragement of user activities in the community's official Discord. I hope I will continue this activity and users will increase their engagement..

I have organized a contest to include new users on the platform and help newbies and this is the 6 week of this contest. Where I asked everyone to add new members and help them post achievements. After that everyone should create a post and participate in this contest. This post is created to add new numbers and promote this platform.

I already have 30 thousand steem power in my account. Currently, I have 6x dolphin 🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬 Achieved. I think this is one of my biggest achievements. I would like to join the Orca club soon. This is why I'm constantly turning on all my steem to steem power and setting up 100 percent power on every post.
I made a post to encourage all users to set 100% on their posts.
On Saturday and Monday, i curated more than 40 posts and some comments who are from different countries and different communities and outside the community. I have tried to maintain harmony and support everyone properly.

I have already applied to join the curation team in November 2022. I hope that if I am selected again, I will perform the duties assigned to me properly as before.
As a Bangladeshi country representative, it is my responsibility to provide support to the users of Bangladesh, which I always try to do. I try to support the users of this platform with all my steem power. In my last week, I gave 159 upvotes to 93 accounts and my Voting CSI is 17.7. I will try to maintain my consistency so that I can support everyone.
