Traditional cake made from glutinous rice is an easy snack in Aceh, especially in Ramadan month, this cake is in great demand by the people of Aceh to serve the fast, sweet taste with the contents of brown sugar, combined with grated coconut into a sensation of its own in the mouth, when brown sugar broke, mmmm ... delicious and really tasted on the tongue.

I myself do not know for sure about the history of rom rom cookies to be a traditional cake that is very famous in Aceh, but certainly since my childhood has been eating this boh rom cook cake with a very greedy especially if the free alias made mother at home .. he he he (cukop brat mangat nah)

Ingredients

500 grams white sticky rice flour 100 grams brown sugar grated rough Half a grated coconut grain Half a teaspoon salt 100 ml hot water 80 ml cold water 500 ml water Half teaspoon 3 pandanAir leaves sufficient for boiling.

Mix the sticky rice flour, salt and hot water and stir well Pour the water little by little, and stir until the dough feels dull Heated water together with pandan leaves to boil
