The Diary Game 09/11/2021 Full body workout and daily routine which works like magic.
Hello dear Steemians, hope y'all are doing great. Today is really going well and that's why I have a special gift for us all to look better.
I woke up today at 4:00 am like every other day, prayed and began my workout.
First thing is to drink water immediately as you wake up from bed, it's very necessary. So for my workouts, I always start at 5:00am and stop at 6:30. I will show you all some basic workouts you can start doing tomorrow morning and if consistent, the results will amaze you.
Firstly start with a 1 minute plank
Then after the plank do 50 squats. But for beginners, you can start with 15 squats and increase the number as tye days go by.
After the squats, I stretch my body to the sides, I do 100 for each side. But beginners can start with 20 and increase the number with time.
Then I do push ups. Push ups are done in a specific way as seen in the picture so that it builds all the muscles in your body.
This is my last workout and most often I do 1000 jumps with that rope at once but for beginners,you can start with 50 and add with time. Each workout is done in 2 or 3 sets depending on how much time you have to put in. Always remember to ah e a bottle of water beside you as you do your workout. So this is what I do every morning to make sure I stay in shape.
Once I was done with my workout, I prepared for work. I left the house at 7:30 and got to work by 8:00am. The day was all going good before the rain started and actually ruined the day, but still I am thankful for going out and coming back home safe. I ate at 7:30 pm and now I am preparing to go to bed.
