Surprise the man in love

Day of love is in front. There are many plans surrounding the special day. Those who have a little more weight, will take ten-day challenge? Nobody will want to miss the opportunity to put the loved ones in the forearm.

It is possible to eat easily and eat less frequently, eat some calorie foods from food list, walk regularly, eat food at the right time, sleep for 7-8 hours, and keep anxiety easy.

Which must be accepted-

• It is very important to eat a morning breakfast to reduce weight.
• You can drink lemon juice and honey in the khulipate hot water
• From 10.30 to 11 am, take a light meal in the middle of the morning, such as color tea / coconut water / cucumber / green tea etc. with fruit / lemon.

• Lunch in the afternoon between 1-1.30 pm, put them on the menu, a little rice or bread / salad / spinach / vegetables / fish.

• Eat another meal at 4-5 in the afternoon, which will be very light, such as nuts / green tea / sugar without sugar / fruit / ground etc.

• Eat plenty of nutritional supplements in 8-8.30. Can eat bread / vegetables / chickens or fish.

• Drink milk or fat free milk before bedtime.

The amount of these foods will depend on our caloric needs. Normally calorie consumption is determined based on age / weight / labor / disease.

So, to reduce weight, decided to reduce eating, eating rules, but doing exercise? Exercise at least 40 minutes daily.
