Delicious salad with pineapple, cheese and garlic

Ingredients


  • Fresh pineapple + several rings for decoration

  • Cheese

  • Garlic

  • Ground black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

  • Olives

  • Greens

Drain all the juice from canned pineapples. Pat the fruit dry with a paper towel. Take any cheese to your taste. I recommend using mayonnaise at home.

Cut pineapples into small pieces and squeeze lightly.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater, set aside a little for decoration.

In a bowl of suitable size, combine the pineapple, cheese, and pressed garlic together.

Chop garlic and add. Add mayonnaise and black pepper to the salad.

Mix everything thoroughly. The mass should be dense enough, not spread, so add mayonnaise gradually. Keep in mind that it may take you more or less than mine.

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top of the salad, place pineapple rings on top of them and garnish with pineapple rings, olives, and herbs as desired.
