Flourless pie - Only three ingredients!

This dessert consists of almost one chocolate, and it is not at all difficult to prepare it.

  • Large eggs 8 pieces
  • Chocolate 450 g
  • Butter 230 g
  • Vegetable oil 1-2 tsp

  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer at high speed until they double in volume. This will take approximately 5 minutes.

Use cold eggs.

2 ․ Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or microwave. Then stir.

Dark or bitter chocolate is best.

3 ․ Add about a third of the beaten eggs to the chocolate-butter mixture. Then add half of the remaining mass, mix.

  1. Add the rest of the egg mass. Stir well to smooth the mixture.

  2. Cover the bottom of a detachable mold with a diameter of 20 cm with parchment, and grease the walls with oil. Wrap the outside with several layers of foil.

6 ․ Put the chocolate mass there. Smooth the surface.

7 ․ Place in a larger diameter pan or other oven-safe dish.

  1. Pour boiling water gently into a large dish. It should be about half the size of the chocolate mold.

Choose the amount of water depending on the dishes you are using.

  1. Bake for about 22-25 minutes at 160 ° C.

The cake should lightly brown and a thin crust should appear on the surface. The temperature inside the dessert should be about 60 ° C.

  1. Cool the finished pie and leave in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

  2. Remove from the mold about 30 minutes before serving and place on a serving dish.

  3. Slice the pie with a sharp, thin-bladed knife. Place the blade in hot water and dry with a paper towel before cutting.
