How to make Banana, Kiwi and Spinach Smoothie
This drink is prepared on the basis of milk and Greek yogurt. Banana gives it sweets, kiwi - a nice sourness, and spinach gives a beautiful color.

Ingredients
- Kiwi 3 pieces
- Banana 1 piece
- Spinach 60 g
- Milk 240 ml
- Greek yogurt 280 g
Steps to follow
Peel the kiwi and banana and cut into slices.
If you want the smoothie to be very cold, put the fruit in the freezer for several hours.
3 ․ Beat the spinach with milk in a blender.
4 ․ Add all other ingredients and beat again.
