How to make Banana, Kiwi and Spinach Smoothie

This drink is prepared on the basis of milk and Greek yogurt. Banana gives it sweets, kiwi - a nice sourness, and spinach gives a beautiful color.

Ingredients


  • Kiwi 3 pieces
  • Banana 1 piece
  • Spinach 60 g
  • Milk 240 ml
  • Greek yogurt 280 g

Steps to follow


  1. Peel the kiwi and banana and cut into slices.

  2. If you want the smoothie to be very cold, put the fruit in the freezer for several hours.

3 ․ Beat the spinach with milk in a blender.

4 ․ Add all other ingredients and beat again.
