Shrimp Tom Yam
Main ingredients of tom yum soup:
500 grams of shrimp
100 grams of fresh button mushrooms / cans
1500 ml of shrimp broth
Ground spices:
5 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 large red peppers
1/2 tablespoon shrimp paste or ebi
3 cm galangal
3 pieces of orange leaf
5-7 lemongrass grab bars just white
15 red chili peppers
1 tomat besar
2 tablespoons fish oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 little salt
1 little sugar
to taste celery or coriander leaves
1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Way:
Making Shrimp Broth
Saute the shrimp skin using 1 tablespoon and with low heat
Add the garlic

Add 2 spring onions 
)
Cook until the shrimp shells change color 
)
Add 2 liters of water, cook until boiling for 30 minutes. 
)
Strain the shrimp broth. 
)
Puree onions, garlic, large red pepper, terasi / ebi. 
)
Stir-fry the spices until fragrant. 
)
After the fragrance, enter 1500ml shrimp stock. 
)
Enter the galangal, orange leaves, lemongrass, cayenne pepper, tomatoes. 
)
Add fish sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar evenly. 
)
Once boiled enter the mushrooms and shrimp. 
)
Cook mushrooms and shrimp for about 5-10 minutes. 
)
Add celery or cilantro. 
)
Add 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk, mix well. 
)
After cooking tom yam, add lime juice. Tom yam ready to serve..

Serve tom yam.
