Assessment of Pre-Accreditation Surveys
Assessment of Pre-accredited surveys by the Puskesmas Accreditation Assistance Team, to determine the readiness of puskesmas to be proposed for accreditation assessment.
The accompanying team will make recommendations regarding the results of the assessment of the pre-accreditation survey as a basis for the Head of the District / City Health Office to submit an accreditation survey to accreditation agencies through the Provincial Health Office
