Bright Morning at Lhokseumawe Beach, Traditional Activities of Acehnese Fishermen

Hi Hi everyone!! It's been a long time since I shared my photography content in this amazing community. Well, this time I will share stories and amazing photos with all of you.

I think this story is about the routine of traditional fishermen in my place. Okay, this is the story I want to convey through my photography content on this occasion.

At that time, a bright morning on the beach of Lhokseumawe, Aceh. The sun had just risen from the eastern horizon, bringing golden light that radiated above the sea surface. The air was still fresh and cool, with the distinctive aroma of salt and fish.

In the midst of this natural beauty, a group of traditional Acehnese fishermen were ready to start their activities. They departed from the beach with small boats made of wood, with nets that had been prepared in advance.

When they reached a strategic location, they started throwing nets into the sea. The nets were made of strong thread and had small holes that allowed small fish to escape.

The fishermen then waited patiently, hoping that their nets would catch the fish they were looking for. They spoke in low voices, sharing stories and experiences about life as fishermen.

After several hours of waiting, they began to pull the nets back into the boat. With pounding hearts, they opened the nets and found that they had caught many fresh fish.

The fishermen then returned to the beach, bringing their catch. They thanked Allah SWT for the blessings they had received, and promised to continue to preserve the sea and the fish that live in it.

Thus, the activity of traditional Acehnese fishermen netting fish in the morning has become a tradition that continues to be preserved, as part of the culture and life of the Acehnese people. I hope you like the story that I wrote in my post.
