The New Esteem Surfer update and how cool it is.
I have been using eSteem Surfer for quite some time now ever since @syedumair had asked me to check it out and try post using esteem as they also reward their users for posting good content.
I have had a great experience being on eSteem Surfer. My favorite feature on the Surfer is the ability to schedule posts as that's just simply an awesome feature to have. If any of you still haven't been using Surfer, trust me, you got to try it and you shall be a loyal follower thereafter. I now post around 98% of my stuff from the Surfer. I also love the notification feature that offers so much information on your account. People who recently voted for you, with what VP, who has followed you, who has mentioned you in a post and so on.
But what I really wanted to talk about today is their latest update. I was on the Surfer last night to make a post and the notification about having a new update available popped up and I hit download without really knowing that I would be in for a sweet treat.
For people who are serious about being here on Steemit and not just using Steemit as a source to make some quick bucks, are going to love this new feature. So..... Now when you visit another persons account, you can make your decision in a second as to whether you would love to be this persons follower or not.
How?
The Surfer now displays the top four user posts from this user right there for you to see and I believe that actually let's you know you are going to want to hit "follow" or not. Like as the update post says, this could probably skew the data if the user uses bid bots.
An Example, you ask?
My favorite fiction writer here on Steemit is @alexbeyman and let's imagine that I have stumbled on his account right now. Seeing those posts of short stories and the kind of content the pictures and the titles promise, I would naturally read them and voila a new account to follow!
Keeping contents of fiction aside, my another favorite person to follow and super interesting posts that I find and read are from @firepower. The relevance of his posts and interesting stuff that he writes about can be decided in a matter of second as we this. I would not have taken any longer to decide that I want to drop a rock on the "follow" button.
I love this new feature. Just absolutely love it and I am going bonkers trying it out on as many unknown accounts that I can see under the fiction tag.
Thank you guys for this update! Really love it.
