Burning Cards To Get Dec?

According to the information which I read in the future we'll be able to burn cards to get dark energy crystals. Burning cards will make them more scarce and in exchange you'll get dec tokens. If I'm not mistaken we'll even be able to burn our reward cards for dec. If l knew that cards which are trading at 1 cents will go up in price because dec l would buy lots of cheap reward cards to burn them for dec when dec will be available. Instead of selling reward cards for cheap people will burn them for dec which can boost reward cards price. I don't know how burning cards for dec will work and I think that it'll be hard to implement it.
