The Diary Game Betterlife, January 04, 2023: Dental Health Consultation

The alarm sounds very loud. I deliberately set the volume higher than usual. Last night I slept a bit late because I was already watching Korean dramas. As usual, Korean dramas always captivate me with the storyline written by the director. And now, I take the positive side when watching Korean dramas. The plus side is learning to create tension and excitement.

I'm always hypnotized by storylines that I can't predict how it will end. And this is what makes me and Korean drama fans never get tired of waiting for every episode. I was amazed by the director's imagination. I wake up and perform the morning prayer service, then recite the morning dhikr.

The morning sun was shining through my window. After reading al-Ma'tsurat, I lay down again while looking at the posts of Steemian friends. I opened the window. I can see the expanse of grass in my yard that is still covered with dew. I opened the window and rearranged the bed.

Today, I plan to check the health of my molars. Last night, I felt pain when I took a bite of my favorite food. Even just drinking water it causes pain. I don't know what causes it. Even though every night before going to bed I always clean my teeth.

I finally realized that when I was in junior high school. I often didn't brush my teeth at night. It's true as people say, that what we do and consume today will determine how our health will be valued in the future.

After taking a shower in the afternoon, I get ready to go to the dentist's independent practice. I have previously studied the doctor's profile and track record in treating patients. And from their testimonies, I am more confident about the dentist's recommendation that was introduced by my sister.

We headed to the destination location with leisurely travel. I don't know what the doctor will suggest for my aching tooth. And I was ready with all the advice he gave. Including pulling my teeth. we stopped at an ATM and withdrew part of the balance for dental expenses.

Arrived at the destination, I saw three people sitting in the living room. I took the queue number. I'm thankful that my queue number is not too far away. I got queue number 3. While waiting for the doctor to arrive, we discussed with each other about our dental health. Some go there to install stirrups on their teeth, and some want to remove cavities. While I still don't know.

One by one called into the room until my turn arrived. Each person has an average of about 30 minutes in the room. I opened the door. The dentist kindly greeted me. He is still young and handsome. I was very embarrassed when he advised me to clean tartar at another time.

I was in the dentist's office for 25 minutes. He said that my teeth can still be saved. I don't know what he used to make the pain just disappear. When finished, I paid the fee. I spent 230,000 rupiahs or the equivalent of 100 Steem.

We go home in a calm mood. The toothache has disappeared. We passed the expanse of rice fields being plowed by farmers. Ready-to-eat food on the side of the road goes up my nose. The desire to buy it is very strong. But I'm still afraid of the pain that will come back again.

In the evening, I made an appointment with myself to rest early. Tonight I just made a post for the next day and didn't watch Korean dramas. I put down my cell phone and headed to the bathroom. Then pulled the blanket and slept.
