A Better Life with steem-mind,body and Spirit-look after my health, fitness training

Today I will tell you in front of me how I take care of my health:
I wake up in the morning and first drink a glass of water on an empty stomach. Then I eat breakfast. In the morning I eat bread, bananas, milk.
These are very beneficial foods for health. These foods provide a lot of energy, especially in the morning. Then I eat heavy meals at noon. I eat rice, meat, fish, eggs.
In the afternoon I go to the field for fitness training. On the field I run 3-4 times. Then I do different types of physical exercises. Such as push ups, setups, prayer seats etc. Then I do cycling.
Almost every day I try to run like 1-2 km. When I come home, I eat lemon with water. This is how I take care of my health.
