Sweet spring or decoration of cupcakes

Hello everyone! Today I want to show you the cupcakes, what I made, or rather the process of decorating them. Recipe of cupcakes I wrote in previous posts.

Most of all, I like to decorate cupcakes with cream-cheese. The recipe is also there. Today, I made a special photo to show you, how thick and dense the cream should turn out. See, he doesn't even fall off the corolla. Just from this cream you can make embossed "caps" for your cupcakes.

Next, we'll need a pastry bag and nozzle. There is a huge number of them, here's my own favorite, it is called a star. With its help it is possible to create many different patterns.

You may also need dyes. I usually use gel dyes. To achieve the right color, we need a drop of dye. Sometimes I just dip a toothpick in a dye and dip it in a cream to get a very delicate color, because I don't like too bright colors.

I like to decorate the cupcakes with fresh berries, rosemary or pistachio greens. In my city in the winter it is difficult enough to buy fresh berries, they are often of poor quality, with mold, if for a long time standing on the counter. In addition, they are quite expensive.

Therefore, in the summer I froze the raspberry in a special way, that each berry was separate. In this case, the berries in defrosting does not lose its properties and appearance. Also I like to use a pastry topping, there are many different types. By decorating you can rely on your imagination, the most important thing is to do everything with love and not overdo it.
