Ginisang Monggo with Grilled Fish

Hi everyone,

I cooked ginisang monggo for the lunch of my family.

I buy mung beans in the market. I pick horse raddish, sweet potato tops and chili leaves in the backyard.

The first thing to do in cooking is to boil the mung beans until it cooks. Set aside once cooked.

In a separate pot, saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add the cooked boiled mung beans. Add salt and magic sarap to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the vegetables and the grilled fish. Simmer for another two minutes.

I serve hot for lunch meal of my family.
